We are based in Kenya, but we serve both local and international customers. We can ship maps within Kenya and abroad.
Our articles and travel resources are created in-house and carefully researched. Maps are sourced from trusted vendors and verified for authenticity before sale.
We regularly review our content and verify map details from reliable sources. However, since travel conditions can change, we encourage you to double-check important details before traveling.
You can place an order by contacting us through WhatsApp or our Contact page. We’ll confirm your request, provide payment details, and arrange delivery.
For local orders, we accept M-Pesa and bank transfer. For international orders, we also accept PayPal and Payoneer.
Yes. We serve international buyers and accept PayPal, Payoneer, or other methods arranged during the order process.
Within Kenya, delivery typically takes 1–3 business days depending on your location. International delivery times vary depending on courier and customs, usually between 1–3 weeks.
Yes. Once your order is dispatched, we’ll share tracking information if available from the courier.
At the moment, Cute Kenya sells only ready-made maps that we source and verify for authenticity. We do not create custom or personalized maps. However, if you are looking for a specific region, feel free to contact us and we will let you know if it’s available in our current collection.
Yes, you can. Simply provide the recipient’s name, address, and contact details when placing your order.
At the moment we don’t offer gift wrapping as a standard service, but we do ensure all maps are carefully packaged for safe delivery. For special requests, please contact us—we’ll do our best to assist.
Absolutely. We can ship maps directly to recipients both within Kenya and internationally. Delivery times will depend on the destination country and courier services.
No. Since maps are physical printed products, we cannot accept returns due to change of mind.
Returns are only accepted if the wrong item was sent or if there is a serious defect in the product. Please see our Refunds & Returns Policy for details.
If the return is due to our mistake (wrong item sent), we will cover return costs. Otherwise, return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility.
Currently, maps are our main product. However, Cute Kenya also provides travel articles, travel tips, travel books, and other travel resources to help you plan your visit.
